December Inspiration Board

Inspiration boards are a great way for me to organize my thoughts and figure out what I want to focus on when it comes to creating my next piece of artwork.

I'll be posting an inspiration board once a month (maybe more!) and for December I've decided to focus on how NASA captures topography. Thus, all the images from this board are all courtesy of NASA. Their website is chock full of awe-inspiring images from space and the great beyond. Sometimes it's a single color, a color pairing, or the texture in an image that sparks an idea.

It's fun for me to see where the inspiration starts and how it evolves into a finished piece. Hope you enjoy these images from NASA. You never know where your next idea or project may come from - often times it's the most unexpected place.
